At Skin Balance it is my duty to ensure you have the best experience possible and that you leave relaxed and pampered.
As a valuable customer I hope you understand the need to put policies in place for such circumstances.
Please take a moment to read our policies and understand the business procedures.

Deposits

A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This allows me to reserve dedicated time and prepare specifically for your treatment.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

I completely understand that life happens.

  • 48 hours’ notice or more:
    Your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as the time cannot be rebooked.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to respect the next client. The full treatment price will still apply. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may lead to a cancellation. In which case an invoice for the remaining amount of the treatment cost will be sent to the appropriate email address.


No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of the deposit and the full amount of the treatment to be paid


Your Appointment

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle, breathe and fully enjoy your experience. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. There is plenty free parking at the front and the back of the salon. If you have parked round the back, please ensure to give your car registration number on arrival.

Booking Confirmation
When the appointment is booked in, a email confirmation is sent using the details provided by the client with appointment time, treatment and date.
Additional to this a reminder email is sent 48 hours prior to the treatment.

Consultation Forms
Consultation forms are required to be filled out with all correct and up to date information. Without this the treatment cannot go ahead. The consultation form will be on the confirmation link in the email.

Patch tests
Certain treatments cannot go ahead without an appropriate patch test. This is with regards to insurance requirements and ensure that there are no sensitivities or allergic reactions. A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to the treatment.
